**Please note, for the interest of hygiene and customer protection, Pure Luxury Beauty does not accept returns on our hair extensions or products.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Therefore, we ask our customers to verify and double check your orders before submitting.
If for some reason you did not receive exactly what you ordered, we will reship it at no charge. Please return unaltered hair to receive this guarantee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Please review your order carefully prior to the final confirmation when submitting your purchase. Should your received order differ from the order you placed online, due to our processing mistake, we will happily exchange the incorrect piece (s) for the correct order. You must email us within 48 hours of your delivery to receive clearance and further instruction to exchange.
